Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

We work hard to get your order ready as quickly as possible! Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During sales or busy holiday periods, processing may take a little longer.

2. New Zealand Shipping Rates

We currently deliver throughout New Zealand with flat, easy-to-understand rates:

  • Auckland Wide → NZ$10

  • North Island Rural → NZ$15

  • South Island Rural → NZ$20

Please note - if the wrong shipping option is selected Crumb Clothing Limited may contact you to bank transfer the difference in postage costs. 

Delivery timeframes usually range between 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

3. International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within New Zealand. If you are overseas and interested in our products, please reach out — we’ll do our best to help!

We are hoping to launch and ship to Australia soon! Keen an eye out on crumb.co.nz or on our social media pages. 

4. Tracking & Delivery

  • All parcels are shipped with trackable courier services.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.

  • Please note that rural addresses may take a little longer for delivery.
