Shipping
We currently deliver to all regions within New Zealand, including rural and PO Box addresses. International destinations are not available at this time.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.
Standard Shipping - Within 3 Business days Rural Delivery: Approx. 5 Business Days Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as weather or postal delays.

Returns & Refunds
We’re committed to providing you with high-quality kids’ clothing and excellent customer service. Below is our return policy:
1. Faulty or Damaged Items
If the item you purchased is defective, damaged, or does not meet the description provided, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Depending on the situation, this may include:
a. A repair of the item
b. A replacement for the same or similar item
c. A refund, if repair or replacement is not practical
Please notify us as soon as possible if you believe an item is faulty or damaged. Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or invoice) is required for processing your claim.

2. Change of Mind Returns
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after making a purchase. While we are not legally required to accept returns for change of mind, we are happy to offer the following: Return or exchange within 7 business days. Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached Proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Refunds for change of mind will be issued as store credit or exchange only. Cash refunds are not available for change-of-mind returns.
Sale items are eligible for return or exchange only if they are faulty or do not meet the description provided. Change-of-mind returns are not available on discounted items.

3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Refunds
